The LYNX BENCRUPHY FACILITY MANAGEMENT LIMITED is involved in the cleaning and management of hotels, banks, offices, homes, schools, and hospitals, etc to hygienical standards expected from each organization. The company started its existence from Herrman Stein Hauser Street Offenbach Germany where the head office is situated now. 

We moved one of the branches to Nigeria at No 186 Adetola Street, Aguda, Surulere, Lagos State. 

The major primary purpose of The Lynx Bencruphy Facility Management Limited is to ensure that Organizations enhance their uniqueness in cleanliness by their well-trained and skillful personnel. We make use of most of our imported chemicals and machines.

The  Lynx Bencruphy Facility Management has some chemicals we use in cleaning hard surfaces which is called hard-surface cleaner. Hard-surface cleaner is a category of cleaning chemicals comprising mainly aqueous solutions of special chemicals that vary with the amount of dirt and the surface being cleaned. Some examples of hard surface cleaning chemicals are All-Purpose Cleaners, Metal-Cleaners, Building Facade Cleaners, and Toilet Bowel Cleaners.

The Lynx Bencruphy Facility Management has some cleaning agents. These cleaning agents are substances (usually liquids, powder, sprays and granules) used to remove dust, stains, bad smells, and clutter on the surface. The purpose of using these cleaning agents is to improve health, beauty, removing offensive odour and avoiding the spread of dirt and contaminants to oneself and others. Some of these cleaning agents kills bacteria on door handles, workshops and other metallic surface and degreaser contains organic solvents to help dissolve oil and fats.
